"Behind Every Good Man..." (Luke 8:1-3)

Is Christianity "anti-woman"? This charge is ironic, considering the prominent role women played in the earthly ministry of Jesus. In this passage, Luke shows how Jesus accepted and appreciated the contributions of women, in the midst of a culture where women typically were neither respected or empowered.
