Who Is the Greatest? (Luke 9:46-50)

Our society has an overinflated sense of entitlement and ego. Jesus steps into that picture like a huge straight pen to pop our self-delusions. Like Jesus' disciples in this conversation related by Luke, sometimes we forget that we are not the center of the universe, a self-lie that leads to many problems in our personal lives and in our church. It is only when we take the focus off of ourselves and put it on Jesus that we can find true satisfaction and fulfilment.
